Hardware introduction

How to build a swapping station system?

1, If simple solution, just a case which can stock the charged battery, user can open the door by a registered id + used battery, take out the new battery with old battery, also, user need to connect the battery with the charger, when they load the battery in to the swapping station.

In this solution, the battery need to have a unique identifier by RFID or QR code printer.

2 For regular solution, the battery pack is built according to the swapping station, people can take out the fully charged battery by registered id, plus the used battery or some credit point from the registered account. The battery can start the charging when the battery insert to the stock area.

The swapping station with charge battery management system software, according to the data of the battery supplier to optimize the battery charging.

This solution can collect the data or upload the data of some performance of battery charging to battery factory, the data model can be as our suggested or build the data model according battery factory.
